Perhaps Minister McLaughlin can take these mandates to the schools and make it a school requirement. While he's at it he can also get the guy who put in his hair plugs to give an impromptu lecture on how to ineptly transplant hair so that it becomes extremely distracting.

Hahaha...love your site!
The pinnacle of a Caymanian's education seems to top out at a bank job. Any bank job. All others work at the hospital or at the motor vehicle place. The ones who are not "successful", but who want to appear "successful" work in a store for the owner.
No shift work and no Sundays are the goals of an "educated Caymanian".
Are all these people in government related? He looks like Mckeeva Bush, who looks like Tibbetts, who looks like a whole host of the same children from one mother. Strange looking people with weird faces and body shapes.
He looks disturbingly creepy. Also sounds like he needs a real job.
"Cayman Net News has selected Minister of Education Alden M. McLaughlin, JP, as the newspaper’s Person of the Year for 2007". Well what could possibly be next for crying out loud?!
Man of the Year...well I'll be damned. For doing what?
